He was employed by Pratt and Whitney Aircraft for over 25 years at the East Hartford and North Haven plants until his retirement in February of 1976. Fred is survived by a sister Kay Skiba of Hartford; a brother-in-law John Bukowski and his wife Terry of Wethersfield, and 14 nieces and nephews.
